Leila Howard is a Registered Clinical Counsellor and Approved Clinical Supervisor. She has over 14 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families in BC, Canada. She offers a thoughtful space for clients to gain insight into automatic reactions and patterns that impact our relationships and our health. These insights can increase our ability to stay grounded, think clearly, and respond rather than react to emotionally charged situations.
